Mashed Potato, Celeriac, and Caviar
Peel the potatoes and the celeriac, wash, dice them, and then put the pieces in a saucepan. Let both of them cook for about 10 minutes from the time the water starts boiling. Proceed to drain and mash them with a potato masher or a fork in case there is not one available. Once they're completely mashed, season them with some lukewarm cream, butter, salt and pepper. Place the mashed potato mix on ceramic spoons, finish generously with caviar and serve.
