Q) How do I place an order?

A) Shopping with W.G White is really easy. Please contact our Customer Services team on  +44(0)20 8991 4365 (Mon -  Fri 9:00am till 5:00pm) or by sending us a message using the contact us page. Our customer services team will process your order, desired delivery date and take payment over the phone. Our team our here to help wiht any questions you may have, we can advise you on the different caviars we offer and which would best suit your taste.


Q) Can I order if I do not live in the UK?

A) Yes you can order if you do not live in the UK, Please contact our Customer Services team on  +44(0)20 8991 4365 (Mon -  Fri 9:00am till 5:00pm) or by sending us a message using the contact us page. We can deliver to mainland UK, Republic of Ireland and countries within the EU. Please be aware additional shipping and handling charges may apply to orders being delivered outside the mainland UK, we will quote you upon request. We can accept payment by card that is registered in the UK and by bank transfer.


Q) How do I cancel or change my order?

A)  Once you have placed your order with our customer services team you may change or cancel your order before it is despatched by contacting us on  +44(0)20 8991 4365. After your order is despatched you will be unable to make any changes to it but you may be able to return the goods as per the below.

If you are buying these goods as a consumer you are entitled to return any unwanted goods (excluding temperature controlled goods such as caviar) within 14 days of the day on which you receive them. All goods returned as unwanted must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Notice of such any returns must be given in writing to Customer Service, please see the Contact Us page for details.

If you decide to cancel or return your items, we will reimburse to you within 14 days of the day we receive the items back from you.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this. In the event that you receive an item that is faulty please contact Customer Services on +44(0)20 8991 4635 who will arrange to ship you a replacement or refund you.
