Q) Do I need to register to shop online with W.G. White?

A) You do not need to register as a customer on our site to be able to shop. Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and are at the review basket stage you will be able to choose to checkout as a guest.  Please note that if you proceed to purchase items as a guest you will be unable to review or track your order through the website.

On the basket review page click on Checkout button and this will then take you to login page.

Q) How do I register to shop online with W.G. White?

A) You can register either by clicking on the New Account button in the top right hand corner of the screen, or at the checkout where you can register a new user account as part of the checkout process.

Q) How do I place an order?

A) Shopping with W.G White online is really easy. Simply select your desired products using the detailed product menus. Add the product(s) to your basket by clicking on "Add to Basket". You can easily view items in your basket by clicking on the "View Basket" link in the top right-hand corner of the site.

When you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button in your basket. You will then be invited to either register, log-in or continue as a guest. Once you have selected the appropriate option, you will be asked for your billing and delivery address. Click "Submit & Continue" to proceed.

You will then be asked to enter your payment details.

Q) How do I update my account details?

A) To update your account details you will need to have logged into your account. You should then see in the top right hand corner of the site a "My Account" link, you can edit your account details by clicking on this link and entering your new account details.

Q) Can I order if I do not live in the UK?

A) Unfortunately we are only able to accept orders online from Customers who live in the mainland UK & Northern Ireland. If you live outside this area please contact our Customer Services team on  +44(0)20 8991 4365 (Mon -  Fri 9:00am till 5:00pm) or by sending us a message using the contact us page. Please be aware additional shipping and handling charges may apply to orders from outside the mainland UK & Northern Ireland.

Q) How do I cancel or change my order?

A)  Once you have placed your order you may change or cancel your order before it is despatched by contacting Customer Services on  +44(0)20 8991 4365. After your order is despatched you will be unable to make any changes to it but you may be able to return the goods as per the below.

If you are buying these goods as a consumer you are entitled to return any unwanted goods (excluding temperature controlled goods such as caviar) within 14 days of the day on which you receive them. All goods returned as unwanted must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Notice of such any returns must be given in writing to Customer Service, please see the Contact Us page for details.

If you decide to cancel or return your items, we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) within 14 days of the day the items back from you.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this. In the event that you receive an item that is faulty please contact Customer Services on +44(0)20 8991 4635 who will arrange to ship you a replacement or refund you.
