Delivery Information

Q) Do you offer free delivery?

A) We offer free next working day delivery on all orders over £100, for orders below £100 there is an £8.50 postage and packing charge.

Q) Can I pick my delivery day?

A) Currently we don't offer nominated day delivery, however orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Mon - Fri excluding public & bank holidays). Your order will then normally be delivered on the next working day. For our Customers in London we also offer a same day delivery service. Please contact us on +44 (0)20 8991 4635 to discuss this.

Q) What happens if my order contains chilled / frozen items?

A) Our fresh Caviar is a perishable item and we do our best when sending it to you to ensure that it is kept within the correct chill chain temperature of 2oC to 5oC.

When we dispatch our caviar we pack it with self contained disposable ice packs and a thermal case that fits within our display box. We have tested this to ensure that it keeps your caviar at the correct temperature and as fresh as possible when being delivered to you. Because of the perishable nature of Caviar we recommend that your ensure that someone is present to sign for the parcel on your delivery day and that you place it within your refrigerator as soon as possible.

Please note - Caviar is not suitable for freezing.


Q) Do I need to be in to sign for my order?

A) We despatch orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail will only deliver your order if somebody is available to sign for it so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the order.


Q) Do you deliver over-seas and what does this cost?

A) Currently we can only accept orders from the mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. If you wish to arrange overseas delivery please contact our Customer Services team on  +44(0)20 8991 4365 (Mon -  Fri 9:00am till 5:00pm) or by sending us a message using the contact us page.


Q) Can I have my items delivered to an address other than my billing address?

A) Yes, at the checkout just select the checkbox 'the required delivery address differs from the billing address' and you will be given the option to enter a different shipping address.

Q) What do I do if my order arrives damaged when delivered or I am missing something?

A) In the event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon delivery or is missing  please contact Customer Services on +44(0)20 8991 4365.
